Arcadis (on behalf of Wall Financial) is submitting an Official Community Plan Amendment to the City of North Vancouver to increase height and density and add a use (childcare) for the properties located at 507-651 East 1st Street, 82-94 St. Davids Avenue, 603-609, 631, East 2nd Street in North Vancouver (The Trails Future Phases).

The proposed development includes buildings ranging from 1-17 storeys, a ~1-acre public park expansion, a new $10/day childcare, improved pedestrian connections, and a range of housing options including below-market rental, condominium homes, and housing suitable for families. The purpose of this information session is to seek public input to inform the application.
